Training Session on Modelling Software
To All Victorian users of the Moloney Financial Model
Yesterday at the request of the North Eastern group of Victorian councils we undertook a training session on the use of our financial modeling software. The feedback was quite positive and it was generally felt that the session was well overdue.
It may be a little late to offer the same service to other Victorian groups, as the MAV returns are due very shortly. However the North East group arranged their session within a few days of its inception.
I would welcome any inquiries regarding a training session from other areas within Victoria, either in the immediate future prior to the MAV return time-frame, or later to assist with the next MAV round. The key will be a council that can offer a venue for the training. The N-E group settled on a great venue, being the Wangaratta performing arts center. The centre was reasonably priced and well set up.
The N-E session was well attended and as such we were able to keep the costs down to around $170 per participant.
We are all busy (including ourselves) and perhaps we should have arranged this a little earlier. But if there is a need out there, we would like to meet it, so please feel free to contact us to discuss.
